Quality Management Services on Offer:

QMS Creation, Implementation & Training

  • The consultant will maintain a schedule with your company's Quality Manager, typically monthly or every other month.
    On the days scheduled, they will help you manage and improve your QMS.
    They can help with things, such as root cause / corrective actions, preparing the management review, reviewing and improving processes, training and guidance, and QMS problem solving.
    These sessions are usually scheduled monthly, or twice monthly, or every other month. It depends on what you would like. Sessions can be on-site or virtual, depending on what you prefer.

Internal and Supplier Audits

  • The auditor / audit team will work with you to plan and schedule your internal audit with you. They will schedule the audit, perform it and provide an internal audit report. Internal audits can be performed once per year, or spaced out into intervals throughout the year. This activity will meet the requirements of 9.2 Internal Audit, in the ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

Gap Assessment / Pre-Assessment

  • The auditor will perform a analysis of your Quality Management System, identifying gaps and weaknesses. The Assessor will work with you to plan and schedule your assessment with you. They will perform the assessment and provide a report to you. This activity is designed to identify as many gaps in the shortest amount of time possible and is not designed to replace the internal audit, and does not meet the requirements of 9.2 Internal Audit, in the ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
